My bet:
Obama: OH, PA, IN, MO, VA, WV, NC, FL
Biden: OH, PA (often), WV, FL
McCain: OH, PA (often), NH, VA, NC, FL 
Palin: CO, NV, NM, OH, PA, VA, FL

To this I would add only CO for Obama, and IA for McCain - he just can't seem to leave that place alone.
