A blog on politics & strategy - with apologies to Carl von Clausewitz
I'm just delighted that you've finally worked out how to take photographs where the subjects don't appear to be moving at warp speed.
Not related to the picture, but interesting still: I just came across a book: "Society, Manners and Politics in the United States: being a Series of Letters on North America" (1839) with the following quote."The United States, on the contrary, are organised on the principle, that war between the States is an impossibility, and that a foreign war is scarcely probable."How things have changed.
